Epicentre of the works will be a new residential building.

Ielac, the ACA Group arm that operates in the electrical, mechanical and HVAC installations sector, has signed a contract for the installation of hydraulic networks. 

The future urban residential development Altear is located in Alta de Lis boa and will have more than 120.000 m2 of area, 536 flats from T1 to T5 distributed by 10 buildings with private parking and 29 commercial spaces.

Ielac is in charge of the installation of the drinking water supply network, sanitary water heating, solar system support equipment, solar thermal system, fire prevention network, domestic waste water, sanitary ware and swimming pool.
